At the Arts & Crafts Street Fair we'll shut down an entire street for shopping and playing!  If you’re a local artisan or crafter, come on out and show us what you’ve got.  Or maybe you’re a local organization or church group looking to do some fundraising.

VENDOR FEES   Because of increasing expenses, vendors will be charged a modest fee. 

 

• Craft Sales Prepay $10 (event day $15)

• Food Sales $25 (event day $30) Food Vendors Require Hamlin Business License 

• Information Booth $0

• Print and mail to 220 Main Street, Hamlin, WV 25523

• In Person at Town Hall at 220 Main Street, Hamlin, WV 25523 or at Nationwide Insurance, 8048 Lynn Ave.

• Payments accepted in person at both Town Hall and Nationwide Insurance or mailed to Hamlin Town Hall, 220 Main St., Hamlin, WV 25523

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY   Vendors are responsible for providing own tables, chairs and tents.  Locations are first come, first serve unless you have made arrangements with a local business.

VENDOR SET UP   Vendor set up is from 9:30 am to 10:45 am.  Below is a list of street front business locations that have already committed to other vendors:
